Returns 

Due to the nature of our product, we can not accept any returns - even if the product is unopened. This decision is due to the fact that can not resell any unopened items once they have left our possession. This policy is in place to protect our customers as well as ourselves. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Here at Birch Beauty Soap Co. we believe in the benefits of the natural ingredients used in our handmade soap and bath and body products. We believe that by using a minimal and very selective amount of commercial products you are left with a healthier product for you and your family to use. However, we must make the following statement:

Birch Beauty Soap Co. shall not be held liable for the medical claims made by customer testimonials. The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The efficacy of these products and the testimonials made have not been confirmed by FDA- approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
